After much concern that 49ers’ rookie quarterback Brock Purdy could be sidelined for their NFC West showdown vs. the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday, 49ers fans can worry no more.

The 22-year-old QB is good to go for the divisional clash and will make his second first NFL start on the road at Lumen Field.

ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter first reported Thursday morning that Purdy was expected to play.

Purdy was listed as questionable on Wednesday’s injury report with oblique and rib injuries he sustained in Sunday’s 35-7 win over Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, sitting out the final 13 minutes of the contest. Purdy was almost perfect in that game, completing 16 of 21 passes for 185 yards and two touchdowns with no interceptions, and he also added one rushing TD.

The young QB appeared poised and confident from the jump while operating the offense in his first NFL start.

Additionally, 49ers defensive lineman Kerry Hyder Jr. and cornerback Ambry Thomas, who were both listed as questionable on the team’s final injury report of the week, will also be active for Thursday night’s game.

The following players will be out for the 49ers:

DB Tarvarius Moore (knee)
WR Deebo Samuel (knee, ankle)
DT Kevin Givens (knee)
CB Samuel Womack III (concussion)
OL Nick Zakelj
LB Curtis Robinson

San Francisco defensive lineman Hassan Ridgeway (pectoral) was placed on the Injured Reserve list Thursday afternoon. The 49ers also promoted defensive lineman Akeem Spence to the active roster and activated cornerback Janoris Jenkins and wide receiver Willie Snead IV.

For the Seahawks, the following players are inactive on Thursday.
