The more losses to NFC West teams, the better for the 49ers. It will take a big-time comeback from the Los Angeles Rams to avoid a loss Sunday to the Miami Dolphins, all thanks to Jared Goff's forgettable first half.
The Cal product and former No. 1 overall draft pick was intercepted twice and lost two fumbles in the first half on Sunday. One of his interceptions was returned for a Dolphins touchdown, and so was one of Goff's fumbles. NFL Twitter certainly didn't hold back on the Rams quarterback, too.

The Rams entered Sunday 5-2 and tied for second place in the NFC West ahead of the 4-3 49ers. San Francisco beat LA, 24-16, on Oct. 18 when Goff passed for just 198 yards and was intercepted once. The Rams' other loss this season was to the Buffalo Bills.
