SANTA CLARA -- Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will be back in the starting lineup for the 49ers' Week 7 game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday night.
"He got better each day and I see him as 100 percent now," 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said on Friday.
But the team will likely attempt to snap their three-game losing streak without two starting linemen. The team ruled out defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw and listed left tackle Trent Williams as "doubtful."

Garoppolo was cleared to play after missing the past one-and-a-half games with a calf injury. The 49ers on Friday did not even list Garoppolo on their injury report.
Meanwhile, rookie quarterback Trey Lance was ruled out due to a left knee sprain. Lance sustained the injury in the 49ers' Week 5 game against the Arizona Cardinals -- a game in which he rushed 16 times for 89 yards.
The 49ers will elevate quarterback Nate Sudfeld from the practice squad to serve as the backup against the Colts.
Garoppolo is likely to have rookie offensive lineman Jaylon Moore protecting his blindside with Williams not expected to play. Moore played 22 snaps in Week 4 against the Seattle Seahawks when Williams left due to cramps and, later, an elbow injury.

Williams played the entire game in Week 5 against the Arizona Cardinals.
"It's stemming from the Cardinals game," Shanahan said of Williams. "We didn't think it was as bad as it obviously is. As tough as he is, being able to finish that game and everything, but he re-zinged it a little bit at practice on Monday and hasn't been able to go since.
"But Trent out of anybody on this team, we’ll take up all the way to game time. So that's why he's still there.”
The 49ers also ruled out Kinlaw and backup defensive tackle Maurice Hurst, who sustained a calf injury late in Thursday's practice.
"I've been told anywhere from four weeks to eight weeks, so with it being 24 hours after that, we're not exactly sure yet," Shanahan said of Hurst. "But it's going to be some time.”
Because Hurst has already been on injured reserve, if the 49ers placed him on the injured list again, he would be ineligible to play again this season.
Kinlaw's knee condition could lead to him going on injured reserve, Shanahan said.
"It's something we're worried about and concerned about," he said. "It’s something we'll probably decide here in the next week.”
Rookie Jaylon Moore, a fifth-round draft pick, would make his first NFL start if Williams is unable to play.

The 49ers could elevate a defensive lineman from the practice squad with Kinlaw and Hurst unavailable. Alex Barrett, Darrion Daniels and Eddie Yarbrough are the options if the 49ers need more depth on the D-line to face the Colts.
Also, 49ers defensive tackle Kevin Givens remains on injured reserve with a high-ankle sprain he sustained in Week 2. He could be ready to play next week, Shanahan said.
The 49ers will likely get running back JaMycal Hasty back in uniform on Sunday. He spent three games on injured reserve with a high-ankle sprain.
"I expect him to be full go," Shanahan said. "He had a real good week, which you never know when they're coming back from a high ankle. But he looked good Monday and continued all the way to today. So, no concerns.”
The 49ers will look to snap a three-game losing streak against the Colts, who are holding onto playoff hopes in the AFC with a 2-4 record. After road victories at Detroit and Philadelphia, the 49ers have lost three consecutive games against the Green Bay Packers, Seattle Seahawks and Cardinals.
