How to watch Cowboys vs. WFT on Thanksgiving online and TV

It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without some NFL football.

Following the first game of the day between the Houston Texans and Detroit Lions, the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Football Team will close out the NFL's Thanksgiving slate with a matchup at AT&T Stadium. The third planned matchup for the day between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens was postponed until Sunday due to a number of positive COVID-19 tests.

It's a critical game between the two divisional opponents, as despite their poor records, both Washington and the Cowboys remain in the thick of NFC East race. Washington (3-7) and Dallas (3-7) currently are only percentage points behind the Philadelphia Eagles (3-6-1) for the best record in the division. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. (Pacific).

49ers fans will have multiple reasons to tune in. For one, both teams currently sit ahead of San Francisco in the 2021 NFL Draft order. Also, the 49ers will face Washington and Dallas in Weeks 14 and 15, respectively. And, finally, it'll be a chance to see former 49ers quarterback Alex Smith under center once again, as he has made an incredible comeback from a potentially career-ending leg injury.
