Deebo returns to full practice in preparation to face Bills

Deebo Samuel returned to full practice on Friday after getting a day off upon the 49ers' move to Arizona.

The 49ers on Friday held their second practice just outside of State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. The 49ers will play the Buffalo Bills on Monday night at the home of the Arizona Cardinals.

The 49ers moved from the Bay Area to Arizona after Santa Clara County health officials banned all contact sports in hopes of curbing the spread of COVID-19.

Samuel sat out practice on Wednesday, as the club wanted to manage his workload after he returned last week from a three-week absence. Samuel played 62 of 72 snaps in the 49ers' 23-20 victory over the Los Angeles Rams.

Cornerback Emmanuel Moseley was limited at practice for the second day in a row due to a hamstring injury.

The 49ers will not have their top two nickel backs. K'Waun Williams is expected to miss another game or two with an ankle injury. And his backup, Jamar Taylor, was lost for the season with a torn ACL.

Moseley took over as nickel back after Taylor's injury. It is not certain who would take on that role if Moseley is unable to play Monday night against the Bills.
