The 49ers officially will have wide receiver Deebo Samuel and running back Elijah Mitchell back in the offensive huddle for their Week 18 matchup against the Arizona Cardinals at Levi's Stadium. Additionally, defensive linemen Arik Armstead and Javon Kinlaw, both listed as questionable Friday, will suit up.
San Francisco has seven players officially inactive for Week 18, including quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, linebacker Dre Greenlaw and defensive end Drake Jackson.

SIGN UP HERE Samuel has missed the 49ers' last three games after being carted off the field due to knee and ankle injuries in Week 14. He returned to practice last week and will have an opportunity to get in reps before the postseason begins next week.
Mitchell became the eighth and final 49ers player to be activated off of injured reserve this season on Saturday. He suffered a knee injury in the 49ers' 13-0 victory over the New Orleans Saints in Week 12. In four games this season, Mitchell has compiled 224 yards on 40 carries (5.6 average).
Armstead missed eight games this season due to an ankle injury. He has played the 49ers' last four games and has compiled 11 tackles and four quarterback hits on the season.
A knee injury sidelined Kinlaw for 11 games this season. He played 22 and 31 percent of the snaps the past two weeks and has made three tackles in five games.

The Cardinals, meanwhile, ruled out eight players for Week 18, including star receiver DeAndre Hopkins and running back James Conner. They had three players listed as questionable on Friday's injury report -- defensive tackle Leki Fotu, cornerback Josh Jackson and linebacker Tanner Vallejo -- but all will suit up Sunday.
San Francisco still will be in contention for the NFC No. 1 seed when the game kicks off. To secure the top seed and a first-round bye, the 49ers need a win paired with the New York Giants defeating the Philadelphia Eagles, who currently hold the No. 1 spot with a 13-3 record.
