Kendrick Bourne, cleared from the NFL's reserve/COVID-19 list, will be back on the field Sunday for the 49ers' Week 10 game against the New Orleans Saints.
Receiver Deebo Samuel and running backs Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman are not available to face the Saints. The 49ers hope each will be available to return from injuries, along with cornerback Richard Sherman, for the 49ers' Nov. 29 game at the Los Angeles Rams.
The 49ers have their bye week following the trip to New Orleans for Sunday's game.

Bourne, Brandon Aiyuk and left tackle Trent Williams return to action for the 49ers after sitting out the team's Week 9 game against the Green Bay Packers while on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Aiyuk and Richie James are expected to see most of the playing time at wide receiver. James is coming off a career-best game in which he caught nine passes for 184 yards and one touchdown.

Once again, the 49ers' only healthy inactive player is cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon. The 49ers will start Jason Verrett and Emmanuel Mosley at the cornerback positions. Dontae Johnson, Jamar Taylor and Ken Webster will serve as the backups.
Strong safety Jaquiski Tartt is out for the season with a toe injury. Jimmie Ward will start at one safety positions. Marcell Harris, Tarvarius Moore and Johnathan Cyprien are candidates to start in place of Tartt. Undrafted rookie Jared Mayden is set to make his NFL debut.
