Reuben Foster is back in the Bay, although he's no longer a San Francisco 49er.
The linebacker, whom the 49ers are releasing after his Saturday night arrest on a domestic violence charge, was spotted on a flight from Tampa, Fla., to San Francisco International Airport on Monday. He then was seen exiting the airport into a waiting vehicle.
Foster's NFL future is very much in doubt, as he'll hit waivers and can be claimed by any NFL team. There's also a likely court case concerning this latest charge, so Foster is headed home to figure it all out.
