According to Brett Swain's representatives, the wide receiver has agreed to terms with the San Francisco 49ers.Swain, 27, caught two passes for 15 yards in five game appearances last season. He played 16 games for the Green Bay Packers the previous year, and appeared in the Super Bowl. The 49ers were in the market for a wide receiver after Joshua Morgan sustained a season-ending leg injury.
