Janikowski is entering the final year of a four-year contract. He is scheduled to make $4.05 million this season and then become an unrestricted free agent.
According to the report, the team has been trying to redo Janikowski's current contract, but the kicker is not budging.
On Monday, the Raiders brought in three kickers -- Mike Nugent, Josh Lambo and Marshall Koehn - for a workout, according to ESPN.
