More pre-CBA deadline roster move reports continue to seep out of Oakland.According to the National Football Post, the Raiders have assigned a second-round tender to long-snapper Jon Condo. Friday, it was revealed the Raiders had slapped first- and third-round tenders on Pro Bowl tight end Zach Miller and running back Michael Bush.NEWS: Raiders assign RFA tenders to TE Miller, RB BushCondo, who had six tackles on special teams in 2010, is a fifth-year player who was a Pro Bowler for the Raiders following the 2009 season so his tender may actually stick in a new CBA, whereas those assigned to fourth-year pros Miller and Bush may be nothing more than ceremonial moves. Of course, it all depends upon what a new collective bargaining agreement between the owners and players dictates. The tenders had to be assigned before Thursday at 9 p.m. PT, when the original CBA expired and before an extension went into effect. The Raiders have announced only a handful of moves thus far this offseason so news of more tenders may be forthcoming. Were doing things to protect our franchise, Raiders senior executive John Herrera told CSN California Friday night.
