The Raiders interviewed Saints offensive coordinator Pete Carmichael Jr, according to a report.Adam Schefter tweeted Monday that Carmichael interviewed for the Raiders' head coaching vacancy while the Saints were in the Bay Area to play the 49ers in the playoffs.
However, NFL rules prevent a team from interviewing a coach from a team that is still alive in the playoffs. Therefore, if an interview took place on Friday, it would violate league rules.
