Report: Browns hold second interview with Hue Jackson

Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson, whom the 49ers interviewed for their head-coaching job, reportedly completed a second interview Tuesday with the Cleveland Browns.

The Browns initially interviewed Jackson on Sunday immediately after 49ers general manager Trent Baalke and CEO Jed York met with Jackson for approximately five hours. The 49ers have not made Jackson a job offer.

Baalke was scheduled to interview former Giants coach Tom Coughlin on Tuesday at an undisclosed location on the East Coast. Coughlin is the sixth known individual to interview for the position to replace Jim Tomsula, who was fired after the 49ers’ 5-11 season.

The candidates who are known to have interviewed with the 49ers are former Philadelphia coach Chip Kelly, Buffalo assistant head coach/running backs Anthony Lynn, Cleveland offensive coordinator John De Filippo and Tampa Bay offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter.
