Over the weekend, he visited the 49ers, according to ESPN's Field Yates.
Bell dislocated his left ankle during the first day of Titans OTAs last May, and underwent surgery soon thereafter.

In 2015, he started seven games at left guard, eight at right tackle and one at left tackle for Tennessee.
The 28-year old spent his first four seasons in Carolina.
From 2011 to 2013, he started 41 games at right tackle, and in 2014 he made 15 starts at left tackle.
