The Alliance of American Football crashed and burned, but the league's players are finding homes in the NFL.

De'Mornay Pierson-El is the latest to do so.

The Raiders on Monday signed the wide receiver who last played for the Salt Lake Stallions.

On the same day Seth Roberts became a Raven, the Raiders added a player who possibly could step into the slot.

Pierson-El is a smaller wide receiver at 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds. Over eight games, he led the Stallions in receptions (36) and yards (414).

As a senior at Nebraska in 2017, Pierson-El finished the year with 45 receptions for 623 yards and five touchdowns. He also had three punt-return touchdowns as a freshman.
