
ALAMEDA -- The Raiders are re-shuffling their practice squad as they announced the signing of long snapper Nick Guess and defensive lineman Brandon Bair, to go along with the already-announced inking of cornerbackreturner Coye Francies.To make room, Oakland released from the practice squad defensive tackle Vaughn Meatoga and seventh-round draft pick Nathan Stupar, along with receiver Brandon Carswell.Guess, a rookie from Tennessee, was waived by San Diego on Aug. 27. His presence is seemingly insurance in the event long snapper Jon Condo is not cleared to play Sunday in Miami after suffering a concussion Monday night.Meanwhile, Travis Tripucka, a long snapper from Massachusetts and the son of basketball star Kelly Tripucka, tweeted Tuesday night that he was headed to Oakland.
