Raiders senior executive John Herrera said the team is aware of the situation and will continue to monitor it. A call to Bush for comment was not returned.
REWIND: Bush has big day vs. K.C.

His arrest could be costly in a particularly financial manner.
Bushs contract is expiring and depending upon the language in a new Collective Bargaining Agreement, he could be an unrestricted free agent, able to shop his wares to any and all potential suitors on the open market.
Under the rules of the current, CBA, though, the fourth-year pro would be a restricted free agent, meaning the Raiders would have first right of refusal in matching contract offers. With the arrest, though, he could face an NFL-mandated suspension.

The powerful Bush was the Yin to the more slashing Darren McFaddens Yang in 2010. And despite missing the first two games of the season with a broken thumb sustained in the exhibition against the 49ers, Bush rumbled for a career-high 655 yards and a career-best eight touchdowns.
His two best games came with McFadden out. Bush posted a career-best 137 yards on 25 carries with a 26-yard TD and four catches for 34 yards in the season finale victory at Kansas City. In the home victory over San Diego on Oct. 10, he rushed for 104 yards on 26 carries with a touchdown and three receptions for 31 yards.
GUTIERREZ: Raiders 2010 review -- running backs
Raiders owner Al Davis praised Bush in the Jan. 18 media conference announcing new coach Hue Jacksons promotion from offensive coordinator.
He brings that toughness (running) to the secondary, Davis said. I dont want to challenge certain teams in this league, but by the third and fourth quarter, they dont want to tackle Bush in the secondary. They just dont want him. Hes 250 pounds, power, speed, so thats a plus for us.
For Bush, though, the arrest is a minus when it comes to contract talks and public perception.
Bush starred at Louisville before being selected by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 2007 draft. He was a star quarterback at Louisvilles Male High School.
