Raiders' center Rodney Hudson out vs Titans

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Raiders center Rodney Hudson is inactive. No surprise there. He missed a week’s practice with a sprained ankle aggravated at Detroit, giving back up Tony Bergstrom all the reps leading up to Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans at Nissan Stadium.

Hudson missed a week last time he got hurt, making it likely he’d be on the shelf this time around. Bergstrom is a capable backup, but the Raiders aren’t the same without their high-priced center on the field.

They also have rookie Jon Feliciano active as Bergstrom’s backup. The team activated Matt McCants over Khalif Barnes, a shift in the tackle depth chart or a sign that Barnes isn’t healthy.

Running back Taiwan Jones was questionable to play on Sunday, but an ankle injury has kept him out. He was ruled inactive, meaning Jeremy Ross will return kickoffs and probable punts.

The Raiders also deemed cornerback Keith McGill, linebacker Neiron Ball, receiver Rod Streater and tight end Gabe Holmes inactive.
