The Raiders have signed nose tackle Travis Ivey to the practice squad, the team posted on its transaction page of its Web Site.The signing of Ivey gives the Raiders their full complement of eight players on the practice squad.The 6-feet-4, 325-pound Ivey, who played collegiately at Maryland, has played in one NFL game, for Cleveland in 2010. He recorded one tackle against the Ravens.
