Packers trade Ty Montgomery to Ravens, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix to Washington

Ty Montgomery's time in Green Bay has come to an end.

Two days after fumbling a kickoff return late against the Rams, costing the Packers a chance to try to win the game, Montgomery was traded to the Baltimore Ravens on Tuesday. Green Bay also shipped safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix also was traded to Washington.

The Packers didn't reveal trade compensation for Montgomery, but ESPN's Adam Schefter reported they will receive a 2020 seventh-round pick.

Schefter also reported the compensation for Clinton-Dix.

News of the Montgomery trade first was reported by ESPN and NFL Network.

In seven games this season, Montgomery has carried the ball 26 times for 105 yards and one touchdown. He also has caught 15 passes for 170 yards. Against the 49ers on Oct. 15, Montogmery rushed for 12 yards and one touchdown on four carries and caught two passes for 10 yards.

The Raiders will face Montgomery and the Ravens on Sunday, Nov. 25, in Baltimore.
