ALAMEDA -- There were no sightings of either Darren McFadden or Jacoby Ford at the start of practice Thursday, giving further credence to the notion that neither player would be healthy enough to play Sunday at Minnesota. Both players are rehabbing foot sprains, McFadden injuring his on Oct. 23 against Kansas City and Ford getting hurt in the Raiders' defeat of San Diego last Thursday night.Expect another load of Michael Bush at running back, while rookie Taiwan Jones was returning kickoffs in place of Ford.
Also missing from practice were cornerbacks Chris Johnson (groinhamstring) and rookie Chimdi Chekwa (hamstring) and veteran defensive tackle Richard Seymour (ankle).Seymour has not practiced since the Chargers game, though coach Hue Jackson said Wednesday he thought Seymour would be fine.
