The 49ers’ coaching staff has caught the Cleveland Browns' attention.

San Francisco's offensive coordinators, Mike LaFleur and Mike McDaniel, reportedly are joining defensive coordinator Robert Saleh as candidates for the Browns’ head-coaching opening.

Each is expected to interview for the job, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Tuesday morning.

Browns representatives are expected to travel to the Bay Area late in the week and conduct the interviews over the weekend.

The Browns fired coach Freddie Kitchens after the team failed to approach expectations this season with a 6-10 record.

LaFleur, the younger brother of Green Bay Packers coach Matt LaFleur, is the 49ers' passing game coordinator, while McDaniel is the run game coordinator. LaFleur and McDaniel were promoted to coordinator titles following the 2017 season. Coach Kyle Shanahan calls the 49ers' offensive plays.

The 49ers clinched the NFC West, the top playoff seed in the conference and a first-round bye with a 26-21 victory over the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night.

The 49ers had the league's No. 4 offense in total yards, averaging 381.1 yards per game. They ranked second in points behind the Baltimore Ravens with 29.9 points per game. The 49ers were second in the NFL in rushing yards per game at 244.1.
