The 49ers reportedly will get their leading receiver back Sunday, but the same can't be said about their leading rusher.
Running back Matt Breida will miss his second straight game with an ankle injury Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers at Levi's Stadium, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported, citing a source.

Breida sprained his ankle in the 49ers' Week 10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on "Monday Night Football," and he did not play last week against the Arizona Cardinals. He was listed as doubtful on the 49ers' final injury report this week.
The 24-year-old has 542 rushing yards this season, and his 524 yards through his first nine games pre-injury put him on pace to surpass his career-high 814 rushing yards from over a year ago.

With Breida absent for much of the last two games, the 49ers have rushed for a combined 121 yards and managed just 34 last week against the Cardinals. Arizona sold out against the run a week ago, forcing quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to beat them.

Should the Packers take the same approach, they reportedly will have one fewer 49ers running back to worry about.
