General manager John Lynch on Monday provided a behind-the-scenes look at his draft setup from his home office.
Lynch will be in charge of his third draft with the organization, and this one will not take place inside the John McVay Draft Room at the team’s facility in Santa Clara.

Due to the restrictions put in place to slow the spread of COVID-19, each of the individuals in the organization will be working from home. Lynch and coach Kyle Shanahan will have cameras set up in their offices to provide the NFL and TV viewers with a look inside their workspaces.

Lynch’s set up appears to include at least three telephones and eight screens -- computers and televisions. The only other recognizable item is a painting of the most iconic play in 49ers history: Dwight Clark’s “The Catch” against the Dallas Cowboys in January 1982, which sent the organization to its first Super Bowl.
The NFL draft opens Thursday with the first round at 5 p.m.
