The NFL's two highest-scoring offenses combined for just 37 points Sunday.
The 49ers (30.2) and Baltimore Ravens (35.1) were the two best offenses in the NFL through the first 12 weeks, but there wasn't much going for either team in the Ravens' 20-17 win in Baltimore on Sunday. That shouldn't have been a surprise, according to 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk.
"It was exactly what we expected," he told NBC Sports Bay Area's Matt Maiocco on 49ers Postgame Live on Sunday. "It was a dogfight out there, and that's really what we expected this whole week and they gave it to us. They came out on the right end of it this week, but we feel good about what we're doing. We feel good about where we're at, and we know that things are gonna bounce back."

The 49ers traveled cross-country for a 10 a.m. PT start, while the Ravens were playing on a short week after stomping on the Los Angeles Rams on "Monday Night Football." Both offenses had to contend with plenty of rain, too, combining for just 262 passing yards.

Juszczyk said it was "tough" for 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to throw the ball Sunday, but he said the team blamed themselves rather than the conditions for the 49ers' second loss of the season. The veteran fullback said the 49ers felt they let one slip away Sunday.
"Yeah, definitely we felt like we should have won this game," he told Maiocco. "But big picture, we're gonna be fine. We're gonna bounce back. We've got another big game, a big NFC opponent (the New Orleans Saints) next week. So if we take care of business, we'll be right back to where we wanna be."

The 49ers' hold of the NFC's top seed is tenuous at the moment, but avoiding their first losing streak of the season will -- at least -- keep them in striking distance of the Seattle Seahawks if Seattle beats the Minnesota Vikings on Monday.
