GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Cornerback Chris Johnson and offensive lineman Bruce Campbell were the two healthy "scratches" to join five injured Raiders on their inactive list prior to Oakland's game at Green Bay.Running backs Darren McFadden (foot) and Taiwan Jones (hamstring), receivers Jacoby Ford (foot) and Denarius Moore (anklefoot) and quarterback Jason Campbell (collarbone) were already ruled out on Friday.
Johnson missed a practice this week after the shooting death of his sister Jennifer Johnson and the wounding of his mother Della Johnson in Fort Worth on Monday.Bruce Campbell has not been active since Oct. 9, at Houston.
