Joe Montana-Ronnie Lott dinner raises $200K toward coronavirus relief

One fan went all-in for the All-In Challengem and will be hosted by 49ers legend Joe Montana at his Napa Valley villa for dinner. It only set them back $200K … but for a great cause.

The Montana package was part of a Fanatics fundraiser. It recently introduced the All-in Challenge to benefit organizations to assist those who have been impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. There was a section in the challenge called “All In Auctions,” with a part of it dedicated to sports.

The package doesn’t stop at the wine (made at his own vineyard) and dine with Montana. His wife, Jennifer, will join them, along with Hall of Fame defensive back Ronnie Lott and his wife, Karen.

The dinner for six will be at the four-time Super Bowl champ’s estate, and the winners will leave with 49ers memorabilia and plenty of wine. That’s before the group rides out to a secret bluff on the property on ATVs for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

All of the money will go toward Meals on Wheels, Feeding America, No Kid Hungry, America’s Food Fund and World Kitchen.

This appears to be a win-win all around.
