OAKLAND -- The Pittsburgh Steelers said this week they were preparing for some Wildcat-type looks from the Raiders.But with Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor inactive for the third straight game Sunday, well, nevermind.The rest of the Raiders inactive, then: cornerback Shawntae Spencer, offensive linemen Khalif Barnes, Joe Barksdale and Lucas Nix, receiver Juron Criner and defensive tackle Christo Bilukidi.With Spencer (right foot) out, Michael Huff started at cornerback, as expected, and Matt Giordano started at Huff's spot of free safety.
