The 49ers own a 10-1 record and lead the NFC West, as well as the entire NFC, with just five games remaining in the regular season.
Coach Kyle Shanahan's club can clinch a NFL playoff spot as early as Sunday to end a five-year postseason drought.
In order for the 49ers to officially move onto the playoffs Sunday, they must win against the Baltimore Ravens, and the Los Angeles Rams must lose or tie against the Arizona Cardinals. The 49ers also could guarantee a playoff spot with a tie against the Ravens if the Rams lose.

The only other NFC team that can clinch a playoff berth in Week 13 is New Orleans (9-2). The Saints would win the NFC South with a win over the Atlanta Falcons or a tie, along with a Carolina Panthers loss or tie against Washington.
