The 49ers are the 10th most valuable NFL franchise, while the Raiders are currently the least valuable in the league, according to Forbes' annual report.
In 2012, the 49ers clocked in at $1.18 billion dollars, the ninth highest valuation in the NFL.
While the scarlet and gold slipped to No. 10 in this year's rankings, Yed York's franchise increased its value by $40 million to $1.22 billion.

San Francisco is coming off back-to-back trips to the NFC Championship Game, including a trip to Super Bowl XLVII last season, and secured a 20-year, $220 million naming-rights agreement with Levi Strauss & Co. for the team's new stadium.
The 49ers weren't the only Bay Area NFL franchise to see their overall valuation increase by $40 million. The Raiders, who clocked in at 30th last season at $785 million, dropped to 32nd but are now worth (according to Forbes) $825 million.
If Mark Davis' franchise is able to secure a new stadium, its value is sure to rise.
