We're about to pass the midway point of the NFL season, which means the stretch run for fantasy football is right around the corner. November provides an opportunity to solidify playoff positioning, or make a last-gasp push toward the postseason.
No matter where you sit in your league's standings, chances are you're going to need some reinforcements. Here are four players to target on the waiver wire this week, each of whom is available in at least a quarter of all ESPN and Yahoo fantasy football leagues.
Keke Coutee, Houston Texans WR (Owned in 18.6 percent of ESPN leagues, 20 percent of Yahoo leagues)

Coutee sat out Week 8 with a strained hamstring, but the rookie wide receiver stands to benefit most in the Texans offense after Fuller season ended because of a torn ACL. The 21-year-old is third on the team in targets behind Fuller and DeAndre Hopkins, and Coutee performed well in Weeks 3 and 4 when Fuller was limited by an injury.
It's also worth noting that Fuller finished first and second, respectively, in targets for Houston in the last two weeks. With Deshaun Watson at the helm, the Texans' offense is finding its stride, and Coutee is in position to reap the rewards.
Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers RB (Owned in 48.2 percent of ESPN leagues, 71 percent of Yahoo leagues)
Jones finally broke through in Week 8, as the Packers narrowly missed out on a win against the Los Angeles Rams. He rushed 12 times for 86 yards and a touchdown, and added two receptions.

His 14 total touches were only three fewer than his last two games combined, and the most since picking up 12 against the Buffalo Bills in Week 4. As long as Jones gets the workload, he's a valuable option at running back.
David Moore, Seattle Seahawks WR (Owned in 2.7 perent of ESPN leagues, 3 percent of Yahoo leagues)
Moore scored his fourth touchdown in his last three games, catching four passes for 97 yards in a 28-14 win over the Detroit Lions. Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson only threw the ball 17 times -- to seven different receivers -- but Moore was his favorite target in the Motor City.
The second-year pro has not caught more than four passes in a game this season, but is a deep threat who has one catch of at least 28 yards in each of his last four games. He may not make it a fifth straight game with a touchdown in Week 9, but Moore's big-play ability gives him plenty of upside.
Devontae Booker, Denver Broncos RB (Owned in 11.6 percent of ESPN leagues, 5 percent of Yahoo leagues)
With Royce Freeman on the mend, Booker spelled Broncos starter Phillip Lindsay. Booker ran for 78 yards on nine carries, and caught four passes for 23 yards.
Broncos QB Case Keenum actually targted Booker more than Lindsay in the passing game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, and he has at least four catches in three of eight games this season. The carries will come along with the catches if Freeman misses Week 9, and that would make Booker worth a look.
