In January, 2011 Harbaugh was named head coach of the 49ers, and inherited a team that finished 6-10 in 2010.
Despite the NFL lockout, Harbaugh led the 49ers to a 13-3 record, the NFC West title, and a berth in the NFC Championship Game.
