It's safe to say Brady knows what it takes to be a successful signal caller in the NFL. And he believes Colin Kaepernick is exactly that.
"I sure hope so," Brady said when asked if Kaepernick will play again in the NFL in an interview with CBS This Morning. "I've always watched him and admired him, the way that he's played he was a great young quarterback. He came to our stadium and beat us and took his team to the Super Bowl.

"He accomplished a lot in the pros as a player. And he's certainly qualified and I hope he gets a shot."
Kaepernick, despite the fact he remains a free agent, was named the Community MVP for Week 1 by the NFL Players Association for his charitable contributions.
