OAKLAND -- As expected, rookie receiver Denarius Moore and his injured right foot were announced as inactive for the Raiders against Chicago.Moore was an observer during the wideouts' pregame workout. The rest of the Raiders' inactives, then: QB Jason Campbell (collarbone), WR Jacoby Ford (foot), RB Darren McFadden (foot), RB Taiwan Jones (hamstring), DE Jarvis Moss (hamstring) and OL Bruce Campbell (coach's decision). That means that receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey, who was carried off the field last week in Minnesota while strapped to a stretcher after taking a scary-looking blow to the back of his head, is active. It also means the Raiders only have three healthy running backs in Michael Bush, who has carried the ball a career-high 30 times in his last two games, Marcel Reece and Rock Cartwright.Plus, rookie quarterback Terrelle Pryor is active, though coach Hue Jackson said this week he would not use him as a receiver.Bears return specialists Devin Hester, who missed practice Thursday and Friday with a shin injury, is active.
