11-Alex Smith: Started at quarterback, and though his stats were pedestrian, Smith played pretty well. He completed 14 of 26 passes for 179 yards. He also had three other catchable passes fall incomplete in the first half. Those plays could've gone for big yardage. . . . He made a couple plays with his legs on the opening drive, including his second-effort plunge on a fourth-and-1 play. . . He finished with 22 yards rushing on five carries, including a kneel-down at the end of the game.Running backs

24-Anthony Dixon: He did not see any action on offense as he saw all of his action on special teams. (Follow on Twitter @Boobie24Dixon)
32-Kendall Hunter: He played 23 offensive snaps and had a fine day with a career-high 73 yards rushing on just 12 carries. Hunter also added an 11-yard reception . . . Showed tremendous vision to cut back with little opening for a 10-yard gain in first quarter.
44-Moran Norris: Suited up for the game and played one snap of offense as Bruce Miller's backup.
49-Bruce Miller: Started at fullback and played 34 snaps -- exactly half of the team's offensive plays. . . Miller caught one pass for 3 yards. . . . 90-Isaac Sopoaga: Played two snaps of offense during the third-quarter drive that led to the 49ers' only TD. . . He was on the field for Gore's 4-yard TD run in the third quarter, and got enough of Wright to slow him down from being a factor on the play.Wide receivers
10-Kyle Williams: He played 39 snaps and for the first time in his career he was out there regularly in two-receiver sets before sustaining a head injury. . . He caught just one pass for 4 yards, but had a good day filling in for return man Ted Ginn. Williams averaged 20.5 yards on two punt returns, and he averaged 28.7 yards on three kick returns. . . Helped set up the field goal that gave the 49ers a 13-10 lead in the third quarter with a 36-yard punt return. . . . Was knocked out after Seahawks' Michael Robinson hit him in the back while Adrian Moten went helmet-to-chin after Williams slipped to the turf in the fourth quarter on a kickoff return. 15-Michael Crabtree: He started and played 58 snaps in the game. . . He was the game's leading receiver with five catches for 85 yards. . . Mistimed his jump and could not come down with what would've been a nice catch on a well-thrown deep pass from Smith in the first quarter. . . . Made good leaping pass for a 27-yard gain on first play of third quarter. . . Shielded cornerback Brandon Browner to make jumping catch of a 41-yard pass from Smith and then held onto it after going to the ground hard. The play set up the game-winning David Akers field goal. He went to the ground while trying to make cut block on Wright, and got inadvertently kneed in the head by Leroy Hill, who was attempting to leap over Walker to get to the ballcarrier. The impact knocked Walker's helmet off as he sustained a suspected fractured jaw. It is not known whether Walker will be available for the playoffs. (Follow on Twitter @Dwalk46)

Got behind cornerback Richard Marshall but juggled deep pass near the sideline and did not get both feet in-bounds in the first quarter. . . .
