LOS ANGELES — The 49ers head into their final game of the 2018 season with a lot of young players 46-man active roster, especially at wide receiver.
Both Steven Dunbar Jr. and Max McCaffrey were promoted from the practice squad with Dante Pettis being placed on injured reserve and Marquise Goodwin ruled out for the game against the Rams.
Trent Taylor and Kendrick Bourne have the most experience of the group that is rounded out by Richie James Jr.

SIGN UP HERE The secondary will get another game with the same line up after multiple variations throughout the season. Marcell Harris, Tarvarius Moore and D.J. Reed will try to keep their momentum going into the offseason and towards next season.
If the game gets a little lopsided, expect the 49ers staff to send in players that haven’t seen the field much this season, namely Joshua Garnett on the offensive line and Ryan Delaire on the defensive line.
Rams star running back Todd Gurley was ruled out for the second game in a row. C.J. Anderson will get the start as he did in Week 16 where he diced up the Arizona defense with 20 carries for 167 yards and one touchdown.
Safety LaMarcus Joyner being out may help the George Kittle in making way towards the single season receiving record for tight ends. Aqib Talib, however, brings a challenge that the 49ers didn’t face in their first match up with the Rams.
