Kittle was listed as "doubtful" heading into the game with knee and ankle issues suffered against the Arizona Cardinals last Thursday night. Ross Dwelley is expected to start at tight end in Kittle's place.
Offensive tackles Joe Staley and Mike McGlinchey, along with fullback Kyle Juszczyk, return for Kyle Shanahan's club after extended absences.
