SANTA CLARA — The 49ers will face the New York Giants on Monday night without wide receiver Pierre Garçon, linebacker Reuben Foster and safety Jaquiski Tartt.
No other players remain on the team’s injury report.
After a little extra rest for their players, the 49ers’ injury report is significantly shorter than it has been most of the season. Both tight end George Kittle and center Weston Richburg have been cleared to play.

Wide receiver Trent Taylor was a healthy scratch last week against the Raiders, but he will look to be active this week with Garçon out. Taylor will share time on the field with receivers Dante Pettis and Richie James Jr.
James was on the field for 23 snaps this past Thursday, which was the third-most behind Marquise Goodwin (40) and Pierre Garçon (37). Kendrick Bourne played 12 snaps, and Dante Pettis was on the field for 11.
Tartt will be out for his second game in a row. Tyvis Powell took his place at strong safety and played every defensive snap against the Raiders and could do so again. Marcell Harris has made progress in practice and possibly could see some playing time as well.
Foster also will miss his second game in a row. Malcolm Smith will play at the Will linebacker position. He will be next to Fred Warner, who has been steadily playing the Mike linebacker role.
