During his press conference on Monday in Santa Clara, 49ers head coach Chip Kelly announced that linebacker Nick Bellore was among three players that would miss the final two games of the 2016 season due to an injury.
Less than three hours later, the 49ers placed Bellore on the Injured Reserve List with an elbow injury.
In a corresponding move, linebacker Carl Bradford was claimed off waivers from the Packers.

In his second season with the 49ers, Bellore appeared in all 14 games this season. He recorded 82 tackles, one sack, two forced fumbles and one interception.
The 24-year-old Bradford was selected by the Packers in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of Arizona State. He didn't play during his rookie season and spent the entire 2015 season on Green Bay's practice squad. This season, he made his NFL debut in Week 11 and has appeared in four total games.
Wide receiver Quinton Patton and tight end Blake Bell are the other two players that will miss the final two games of the season, according to Kelly. The 49ers have yet to announce roster moves corresponding to Patton or Bell.
