2012 NFL draft order for first round

The first round of the NFL draft will be finalized during the NFL scouting combine, which runs Feb. 22-Feb. 28 in Indianapolis, when two coin flips will be held to determine the order.The 49ers finished the regular season with a 13-3 record and advanced to the NFC Championship Game. The 49ers will select No. 30 in each of the seven rounds, just ahead of the Super Bowl teams.The NFL draft will again be held over three days. The first round will start on Thursday, April 26 at 5 p.m. The second and third rounds are set for Friday, April 27 at 4 p.m., and rounds four through seven will be held on Saturday, April 28, beginning at 9 a.m.The order of non-playoff teams with the same record is determined by strength of schedule. The team with the lowest strength of schedule picks ahead of teams with a higher strength of schedule.
