OAKLAND -- Steve Kerr’s health has improved, which may or may not be related to his emotions being cool throughout the preseason.
And then came the Warriors coach's Monday night mini-meltdown.
Kerr was ejected nine seconds into the second half of the Warriors-Phoenix Suns preseason game at Oracle Arena for arguing a Ben Taylor foul call much too vociferously for the referee's liking.

The episode unfolded when Taylor whistled a foul on Stephen Curry for an illegal screen that freed Kevin Durant for a shot. Curry barked (while grinning) and was tagged with a technical foul.
Kerr, who walked onto the court to protest, was slapped with one technical -- and then another before being ordered to vacate the premises.
To which the coach had this reply as he left the court: “I don’t want to be here anyway.”

For good measure, Kerr waved goodbye to Taylor on the way out. Associate head coach Mike Brown took over for the Warriors.
Warriors general manager Bob Myers had a front-row seat for the whole thing, as he was courtside with NBC Sports Bay Area broadcasters Bob Fitzgerald and Jim Barnett during the telecast.
"Well, we do have Andre [Iguodala] in the back -- and Shaun [Livingston] and Drayomd [Green] and Klay [Thompson]. So at least he won't be alone," Myers quipped, referencing the Warriors regulars who didn't play Monday.
