The Giants have signed another player Thursday, bringing back infielder Mike Fontenot with a one year deal. The Giants made the announcement Thursday night on their Twitter page.
Though the Giants didn't reveal details of the contract, the Chronicle's Henry Schulman is reporting the deal is for just over 1 million.
The Giants introduced their new shortstop, ex-Athletic Miguel Tejada, earlier in the day before announcing the Fontentot deal late Thursday.
