
SACRAMENTO --The Sacramento Kings have recalled rookie forward Tyler Honeycutt from Reno of the NBA Development League, president of basketball operations Geoff Petrie announced Tuesday.
On January 1, Honeycutt and center Hassan Whiteside were assigned to the Reno Bighorns.
Honeycutt, 6-foot 8-inch, 188-pound forward, averaged 5.9 points and 2.9 rebounds in 10 games with Reno. He played one game with the Kings before being sent down.
Honeycutt, 21, was drafted in the second round last June after leaving UCLA following his sophomore season. The Associated Press contributed to this report
