It’s been an unprecedented time in the sports world due to the coronavirus pandemic.
MLB had its spring training canceled and the Opening Day date remains unknown forcing players to get a little creative when it comes to staying in shape. A’s outfielder Mark Canha followed a trend he saw on social media.

“It’s a popular trend and I got on that boat,” he added.
Giants outfielder Hunter Pence, Rangers outfielder Joey Gallo and many others, are following suit and doing what they need to do in order to be prepared for whenever the season should start. They’re just hoping they don’t break anything valuable in the process.
Gallo was swinging inside of his apartment surrounded by windows -- that looked risky. And Dodgers pitcher Joe Kelly broke his bedroom window practicing his changeup.
