SAN DIEGO - Wide receiverChaz Schilens, who has battled numerous injury issues throughout hisstar-crossed career with the Raiders, is active and should make his2010 season debut.Schilens has teased fans with his potential but has been felled by foot and knee issues.He practiced three times this week - the most he's practiced since lastDecember - and, when right, gives quarterback Jason Campbell a steadytarget.Also active for the first time is defensive end Jarvis Moss, a former first-round draft choice of the Denver Broncos.He is, um, fired up to make his Raiders debut."Today for everybody who told me I wasn't gone be h& look at me now!" he Tweeted. Rookie middle linebacker Rolando McClain, who missed two days this weekwith what was described as arthritis in his left foot, is active.The list of Raiders inactives - CB Walter McFadden, RB Michael Bennett,CB Chris Johnson, LB Bruce Davis, OGs Daniel Loper, Bruce Campbell andWRPR Nick Miller. Newly-signed J.T. O'Sullivan is the 3rd QB.Chargers inactives - WR's Patrick Crayton and Vincent Jackson, SSsDarrell Stuckey and Steve Gregory, RB Curtis Brinkley, OG LouisVasquez, DT Cam Thomas and DL Travis Johnson.The Chargers are wearing their powder blue jerseys today. They have won10 of their last 11 in powder blues. They're 3-2 against the Raiders inthe baby blues, including three straight wins since 2007.
