JACKSONVILLE Rookie middle linebacker Rolando McClain is inactive for todays gameagainst the Jaguars. His right foot (tendinitis) kept him out ofpractice this week but all indications were that he would start inJacksonville.He missed two practices last week and still had a statement game in San Diego.Thursday, McClain said, Im good, and had shed his walking boot.Ricky Brown started in his place.The rest of the Raiders inactives: CBs Walter McFadden and JeremyWare, RB Michael Bennett, Gs Daniel Loper and Bruce Campbell, WRPRNick Miller.
