Faber beats Wineland in UFC debut

Urijah Faber made his UFC debut Saturday night and came away with a win over Eddie Wineland in a unanimous decision.

All three judges scored the fight 29-28, with Wineland getting a 10-9 first-round edge on all three scorecards.

After the win, Faber, who improved to 25-4 for his career and 1-0 in UFC, called out UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz. Faber and Cruz fought in 2007, with Faber scoring a submission win with a guillotine choke.
