Network to Air Two Hours of Live Coverage Beginning at 11:30 a.m.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – January 12, 2017 – CSN Bay Area (@CSNAuthentic), the exclusive television home for Golden State Warriors games in Northern California, will present live coverage of the Warriors’ official ground breaking ceremony for Chase Center – the state-of-the-art sports and entertainment complex to be built in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood – at the site of the future arena (300 South Street) on Tuesday, Jan. 17.  The network’s comprehensive, two-hour live coverage begins at 11:30 a.m. on CSN Bay Area with live streaming at CSNBayArea.com.

CSN host/anchor Dave Feldman (@FeldyCSN), former Warriors general manager and head coach Garry St. Jean and CSN Sports Business Insider Andy Dolich (@Koufish) will anchor the show from the CSN studios.  CSN Warriors reporter Ros Gold-Onwude (@Rosgo21) and CSNBayArea.com Warriors Insider Monte Poole (@MontePooleCSN) will report live from the ground breaking ceremony.

Warriors Owner & CEO Joe Lacob, Co-Owner Peter Guber, President and Chief Operating Officer Rick Welts, Head Coach Steve Kerr and Forward Kevin Durant will join San Francisco Mayor Edwin M. Lee for the historic ceremony and celebration. 

Chase Center, which is scheduled to open for the start of the 2019-20 NBA season, will play host to a variety of events, including concerts, family shows and conventions, in addition to Warriors basketball.
