The Oakland A's picked 28 players in Day 2 of the 2011 First-Year Player Draft on Tuesday, covering rounds two through 30.
In the first two days of the draft Oakland has selected 27 college players and two high school athletes. They have totaled 15 pitchers, two catchers, five infielder and seven outfielders.
