The Gaels last appeared in the NCAA Tournament in 2010 as a No. 10 seed, and upset both No. 7 Richmond, and No. 2 Villanova en route to the Sweet 16.
They ultimately fell to Baylor, who was led by current Warriors forward Ekpe Udoh.
